Minimum reproducible detail is 0.5mm fine lines, with durability validated at ≥ Grade 4 wash fastness and ≥ Grade 4 rub fastness under controlled evaluation. For color-sensitive applications, a practical check is ΔE* drift after accelerated laundering.

Process Steps for Cold Transfer Printing
1. Preparation
A layer of polymer release agent with special release properties and an ink-absorbing functional coating is uniformly coated on the surface of high-flatness PET film.
2. Pattern Printing
The designed pattern is printed on the release agent-coated film with a digital printer using specially formulated reactive dyes.
3. Fabric Pre-treatment
Before transfer, the fabric is sprayed with a pre-treatment solution to maintain a certain moisture pickup rate.
4. Cold Press Transfer
The printed transfer paper is laminated with the pre-treated fabric, and pressure is applied by a transfer machine.
5. Cold Batch Fixation
After separating from the transfer paper, the fabric is immediately rolled up, sealed with plastic film, and cold-batched at room temperature for about 12 to 24 hours.
6. Washing and Finishing
After cold batching, the fabric is unrolled and washed to remove surface loose dyes and residues, followed by drying and heat-setting finishing.
