1.Release carrier substrate - Hot melt adhesive coated PET release liner.
2.Additive system - S1714A + S1714B, mixed in a 1:1 ratio.
3.Transparent silicone layer - S1703Z + 10% curing agent + 15% thinner.
4.Color silicone layer - S1705L/S1704L ( pigmented silicone) + 10% curing agent

Hot-melt PET release film

Silicone transfer film uses PET as carrier. Silicone is screen printed on the film, then heat transferred onto garments. The transfer has 3D texture, soft touch, good wash and stretch resistance, ideal for apparel logos and decorative patches.

Key Specifications

Heat press temperature: 145℃-160℃ (adjust lower for polyester fabric)
Pressing time: 15-20s, max 22s if reverse pressing unavailable
Pressure: Medium even pressure 0.3-0.4MPa
Peeling method: Cold peel PET film after fully natural cooling
Auxiliary suggestion: Cover with Teflon sheet during pressing
Compatible fabric: Cotton, TC, polyester, woven & knit textiles
