Heat transfer printing process: First, the pattern is fabricated and printed.
Then, through heating, the ink is vaporized into the gaseous state. Subsequently, under pressure, it is transferred and penetrates into the fabric fibers.
After cooling and shaping, additional post-processing is carried out to obtain a finished product with vivid colors and excellent wash fastness.
This process is suitable for garment printing, resulting in a dry and transparent fabric quality.
The transfer ink can be directly applied for printing, or it can also be used for secondary preparations such as color matching and powder blending, which is flexible and efficient.
